QuasiTV 0.7

Emby is now supported by QuasiTV.  You can connect via an Emby Connect pin or using a login and password.  I was hoping to include Jellyfin support in this update as well, but there were some minor API differences from Emby so I decided to hold off until 0.8.

0.7 (07/26/2020):
-Added support for Emby (Login and Emby Connect)
-Setup UI should now use correct theme color
-Updated exoplayer to 2.11.7
-Fixed issue where an episode would get stuck at the end and not play the next episode

QuasiTV 2.0 is here!  The big new capability is user profiles (requires QuasiTV Premium IAP), but a lot of other things were improved in the process.  The web ui got a bunch of improvements and fixes.  Users who bought the 'unlimited channel' upgrade (now renamed to QuasiTV Pro) can now edit premade channels through the in app editor and the web admin.  There is also a new main menu replacing the simple popup that would display when the back button was pressed. QuasiTV 2.4.0

I went through and updated all the dependencies QuasiTV uses.  The 2 important updates would be the google play billing library (google now requires all updates to be using billing 7.0.0 or newer), and updating exoplayer to 1.4.0. QuasiTV 2.1.0 - Playlist / Collection Based Custom Channels

QuasiTV now supports custom channels based off playlists or collections.  QuasiTV Premium and Pro users will now be able to use the web admin UI to add these channels (not available in app editor).  When adding a new channel, you will prompted to choose from the list of playlists / collections, and then prompted to name the channel.   Playlist channels can be either played in order, or completely shuffled.  Collection channels have the same options as other custom channels (shuffle show / movie order and shuffle episodes).
