Did some more dependency updates, the big one being exoplayer / media3 being updated to 1.9.1, and fixed a few bugs.  There was a fairly bad bug with the web admin and profiles that could put quasi tv in an unusable state, so that should no longer happen anymore.

I know development of the app has seemed slow but I have been working on something pretty big for the last two years and it is getting much closer to completion.  One of the common requests is a way to keep multiple QuasiTV client's sync'd together with the same channels and schedule.  I have been working on a solution: a standalone QuasiTV Sync Server.  All channels and schedules are stored there and sent to all connected clients.  Hop on discord for more information about this.  It will hopefully start being available for testing / beta in a few months.

  • Updated exoplayer/media3 to 1.9.1

  • Added error messages when web admin thumbnails failed to load
  • Fixed rare case where a premade channel can be added to an account more than once
  • Fixed QuasiTV getting into a bad state if first profile is created through web admin
  • Revert back to no profile mode if all profiles are deleted

 2.7.0 adds some channel guide improvements and fixes.  When opening the guide the currently playing video will be highlighted instead of whatever was scheduled for the current clock time on the channel. QuasiTV 2.9.0
